2016 Camp Invention Curriculum
Like most design for kids, the curriculum was as graphic-heavy and text-light as possible, ranging from posters to cards to table tents to stickers and beyond.
While in school I never considered myself an illustrator, but when I started work at the National Inventors Hall of Fame I discovered I had a knack for designing for kids. Which lead to working on our curriculum, which lead to spending a lot of time in Illustrator. I still think of myself as a designer rather than an illustrator, but I know that I can illustrate decently well now, and quickly.
The curriculum I worked on is being used for Camp Invention right now, so if you have a child who attended this year odds are they interacted with some of my work!
